Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.

Returns

• Unused products in sealed, original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• For hygiene reasons, opened e-liquids, used pods, coils and disposables cannot be returned.
• Return delivery costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Faulty devices

• If a device does not work on arrival, tell us within 3 days and we will replace it.
• Manufacturing defects reported within 30 days are repaired or replaced after inspection.
• Damage from drops, water, leaking liquid or incorrect coils is not covered.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
